Anyone who supports the mission and is willing to act with dignity, compassion, responsibility, and respect can participate.

redM includes professionals, parents, students, business leaders, educators, creatives, tradespeople, community advocates, and people from many other backgrounds. You do not need to work in law enforcement, social services, or the nonprofit sector.

redM needs people with many different skills, including:

● Communications and social media.

● Event planning.

● Business development.

● Fundraising and sponsorship.

● Graphic design, photography, and video.

● Education and public speaking.

● Finance, administration, and project management.

● Technology and data.

● Community and corporate relationships.

● Volunteer coordination.

You do not need to be an expert. Reliability, humility, good judgment, and a willingness to work with others are just as important as professional experience.
